Casey O. Jones, MAI
President
Casey Jones has been involved in the appraisal profession for more than thirty years. He has a wide range of experience with variety of property types. In addition to valuation and consulting assignments, Mr. Jones specializes in litigation support and expert testimony.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. As an active member of the real estate community, Mr. Jones has served as a Regional Representative for the Appraisal Institute and Valuation Chair for Chapter 67 of the International Right of Way Association.

Stu D. DuVall, MAI
Partner
Stu has been appraising real property since 1986 and joined the firm in 1987. His appraisal experience covers a broad range of property types and assignments, primarily in Southern California. He has served as an expert witness in courtroom, arbitration and mediation settings in California and has testified in front of the Los Angeles County Assessment Appeals Board. He has also served on arbitration and appraiser panels in California and Hawaii.
Born and raised in Southern California, Stu has a BA from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from University of Washington. He has been actively involved in the leadership of professional organizations for many years. He is a Past President of the International Right of Way’s Chapter 67 in Orange County as well as a Past President of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
